How often is tracking information updated?
Tracking information is updated in real-time as your shipment passes through checkpoints. For sea freight, updates typically occur at port departures and arrivals. Air freight updates more frequently.
My tracking shows no results. What should I do?
If your tracking number shows no results, please verify the number is correct. New shipments may take up to 24 hours to appear in the system. Contact our support team if issues persist.
